Sports Medicine

Sports Medicine is a diverse field of health care focused on the prevention and treatment of disease and injuries related to exercise and sports. This certificate provides course work related to basic sports medicine concepts and experience in a sports medicine setting.

Program requirements (12 hours)

  1. ATC 220(1), 221(2), 222(2), 225(1), 413(3).
  2. Three hours from: HCM 301(3), HCM 303(3), IPE 375(3), IPE 576(3).
  3. All candidates must satisfy the General University Certificate Requirements.
